Corghi Bead Breaker Cylinder – Complete Replacement Assembly
When a bead breaker cylinder develops internal leaks, bypasses fluid, or loses the force needed to break a stubborn tire bead, replacement is the fastest path back to production. This is a complete, fully assembled bead breaker (loosener) cylinder for Corghi tire changers featuring a 7-1/4″ bore and a 12-bolt mounting flange. New shaft seals are already installed – no rebuild kit is required. Note: this cylinder has a long shaft; if the shaft is too long for your application, a spacer can be fabricated to compensate. Before ordering, verify that the mounting peg spread on your machine matches this unit by comparing to the product photos.
