Forward Lift 995020 Upper Cable Sheave Pulley for 2-Post Lifts – Steel with Bronze Bushing

The overhead beam pulleys on Forward 2-post lifts take constant load and wear. Many early production units shipped with plastic pulleys that crack and deteriorate over time, creating a serious safety hazard. Part number 995020 is a solid steel replacement pulley with a bronze center bushing that delivers far greater durability and load-bearing capacity. It installs directly into the four upper/overhead beam pulley positions without any modification. This listing covers the upper (top) pulley positions only — it does not fit the bottom/lower pulley positions (see our separate listing for lower pulleys, part 995030). We recommend replacing all plastic pulleys with steel at the same time for consistent performance and maximum safety.
