Coats Pedal Detent Block / Double Cam – Part # 4299913
The pedal detent block, also known as the double cam (camma doppia), is a critical component of the foot pedal assembly on Coats rim clamp tire changers. This plastic 2-bolt block contains grooved tracks through which the pedal-following arm travels, directing actuation of the table clamping cylinders and tower tilt cylinder. Replace this block when the pedal no longer locks or toggles properly between positions, when the cam tracks show visible wear or cracking, or when the clamping table fails to hold position during operation.
