This black plastic nylon mount/demount head (duck head) replaces worn or damaged heads on Ranger tire changers that came from the factory with a plastic head. Using a plastic head eliminates metal-to-wheel contact and is the safer choice for alloy and delicate wheels. This part is for machines that already have a plastic head – if your machine currently has a metal head and you need to switch to plastic, a different kit with an adapter bracket is required.
