Replace this FRL (filter, regulator, lubricator) assembly when the lubricator cap cracks, the sight glass bowl breaks causing air leaks, or oil/air loss leads to improper lubrication. Bypassing a failed regulator and connecting direct shop air is dangerous for both operator and machine. Without proper lubrication, seals dry out and stick – leading to expensive repairs, especially on machines with air-operated turntable motors. Direct-fit replacement that installs into the factory bracket and connects to the center union section.
