Corghi 900238212 Bead Breaker Air Cylinder Seal Kit for Corghi Tire Changers
This is a complete bead breaking air cylinder rebuild kit for many Corghi tire changer machines. The kit includes all replaceable seals – 2 main piston seals, shaft seal, wear band, and end cap O-rings – for a full rebuild of the Corghi bead loosening cylinder. The bead loosener is the large cylinder (inside the machine cabinet) that presses the tire bead away from the rim at the start of the demounting process. Replace this kit when the cylinder leaks air or fails to break beads with normal operating pressure.
