Description
Hofmann Monty 8314813 Nylon Tire Changer Mount Demount Duck Head – Early Models
This is a plastic mount and demount head used on many early model Hofmann Monty tire changers with a non-tapered shaft. This listing is for machines that already have a plastic head. Plastic heads protect delicate and expensive wheels better than metal heads while remaining durable enough for larger tires. Replace this head when cracking, chipping, or surface wear is visible. If your machine has a metal head and you want to convert to plastic, a separate adapter bracket is required.
