Description
Auto Car Lift Motor Limit Switch – Multi-Brand Replacement (Rotary N413-1 / SPX 4611-AA)
This is an electrical micro switch used to limit vehicles from hitting the top beam between the two columns on 2 post lifts. It controls the hydraulic motor and serves as the stop button attached to a trip wire or inside a housing with a limit bar. When these switches fail, they typically either burn out at the terminal connection or stick in the on position and allow the motor to run continuously. Test the old switch with a simple continuity test to confirm it is the cause of the problem before replacing. This switch is normally open and closes the circuit when pressed. This listing is for the switch only – the green switch housing pictured for reference is not included but is available separately.
