This is a white foot control air valve found on many HOFMANN® MONTY®, SNAP-ON® and JOHN BEAN® (JBC) Tire Changers. that controls Bead Loosener / Bead Breaker.
!! Note: fittings may need to be swapped from your old valve as some models came with larger hoses !!
