Ben Pearson 82803 Pacoma Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit for 2-Post Lifts
Worn or damaged hydraulic cylinder seals are the leading cause of slow lift operation and visible oil leaks on Ben Pearson 2-post lifts. This kit rebuilds ONE Pacoma hydraulic cylinder and restores proper sealing performance. Before ordering, confirm your cylinder is a Pacoma unit by checking for three identifying features: a hex style bleeder screw at the top of the cylinder, a stamping that reads “PACOMA” along with either “82803” or “83339” on the cylinder body, and a blue ribbed 2-piece piston seal (blue outer ring with a black inner seal). This kit will NOT fit cylinders that lack a hex bleeder screw or whose internal seals do not match this description.

Fitment and Ordering Notes
- Verify the hex bleeder screw: Look at the very top of your cylinder for a hex-style (not slotted) bleed screw. If yours is slotted or absent, this kit does not apply.
- Check the stampings: The cylinder body should be stamped with “PACOMA” and either “82803” or “83339”. If no such stamp is present, confirm with our team before ordering.
- Match the piston seal: Pacoma pistons use a blue ribbed outer seal with a black inner seal. Compare your old seals to confirm dimensions match before opening the kit bag.
- Do not open the sealed bag until you have the cylinder fully disassembled and can physically compare old seals with the new ones side-by-side. Opened seal kits cannot be returned.
- Installation time: Most technicians complete the rebuild in under one hour using a vise, pipe wrench, and common hand tools.
