This is a Replacement Assist Arm Cylinder Seal Kit For many newer Coats®* Tire Changers. This kit includes everything needed to replace all the rubber seals , large rubber piston ,o rings and shaft seals. These cylinders are very easy to rebuild and require basic hand tools to get the job done.
