The Direct Lift V12TP-1010 is the top cable pulley shaft (sheave axle) used on the I12, the PRO10 / PROV10 / PV10 new style, and the 2-column 10K lift. It appears in the Column & Carriage Components breakdown (Figure #8) and in Drawing 4 of the I12 manual (column with cylinder, arm-lock spring stack and lower cable pulley). The shaft carries the cable pulley that routes the equalizer cable over the top of the column.

Replace the shaft if it shows wear grooves, scoring, or play, as a worn shaft accelerates pulley and cable wear. This is the OEM replacement shaft for the listed models and pairs with cable pulley V12TP-1012. Verify your model against Figure #8 of your parts breakdown before ordering.
