This control box is the 3-phase switching assembly used on the CR18 (Main Lift Assembly), CRA14 (overhead switch bar and 3-phase control) and DL9 (Main Assembly) lifts. It is used only on 3-phase installations and contains the drum switch and capacitor box components that operate the lift motor. Per the parts breakdown, the assembly includes the capacitor box (FA7147-1), capacitor box cover plate (FA7366-1) and drum switch.

OEM replacement control box. Confirm your lift is a 3-phase configuration and match the part number to your model’s parts breakdown before ordering. On newer models this assembly has been superseded by the FA9147 push button control box.
