Rotary N2121 Outer Plunger Arm Restraint Gear for SPOA9, SPOA10, and More 2-Post Lifts
The arm restraint system on Rotary 2-post lifts locks the swing arms in position under the vehicle during lifting. The N2121 is the outer plunger (pawl) gear that rides on a shaft inside the carriage and engages with the inner half-moon gear (N2122) on the arm to create the arm lock. This is the newer style gear featuring teeth that slope continuously from bottom to top. Important: if you are replacing old-style gears (teeth slope only on the top half), you must also replace the inner half-moon gear N2122 at the same time – old and new style gears will not mesh correctly together.
