The Rotary Lift 40114 is a 1/4″-20NC x 2-3/4″ long hex flanged Whiz-Lock cap screw, plated (catalog ref. 31WLFS1420), from Rotary’s two-post parts family. The flanged whiz-lock head resists loosening without a separate lock washer.

It is listed in the DL9 breakdown (Drawing 1, Main Lift Assembly, page 3), the DP10 new-style breakdown with lock covers (Main Lift Assembly, 2-post 12,000 lbs.), and the I10N000M breakdown (columns, overhead, carriage and power unit).
