Rotary Lift FJ783-12TH Seal Kit for Texas Hydraulics Cylinders – 2-Post 7,000-9,000 lb Lifts
This is 1 seal kit for the hydraulic cylinders found in Rotary 2-post lifts with Texas Hydraulics cylinders rated between 7,000 and 9,000 lb capacity. It meets or exceeds factory specifications. The cylinder is approximately 72″ tall and has a small bleeder screw at the top. Look approximately 6″ below the bleeder screw to find the ID stampings — if it reads “TXT” or “TH” followed by numbers, this is the correct kit for your lift. You may also find stampings reading FJ7664, FJ783, or FJ7311 on the cylinder barrel. The kit includes yellow, blue, and black piston seals covering all variants, so you have the right seal regardless of your cylinder’s production date. This seal kit rebuilds ONE cylinder — if you need to rebuild both cylinders in your lift, you will need TWO kits. Installation typically takes less than an hour using a vise, pipe wrench, and basic hand tools.

Fitment and Ordering Notes
- Not a Texas Hydraulics cylinder? If you see the word “PACOMA” or “MADE IN GERMANY” stamped on your cylinder, it is NOT a Texas Hydraulics cylinder and this seal kit will NOT fit. We carry separate kits for those cylinders — see our related products section.
- Do not open the bag until your cylinder is fully torn down and you are ready to verify seal fitment.
- Match before opening: Remove your old seals and hold them next to the new seals through the bag to compare inside and outside diameter. If they match, you have the correct kit. Call us at 866-902-6060 before opening the bag if you are unsure.
- Return policy: Seal kits are non-returnable once the sealed bag has been opened. We will not accept returns on open or used seals where fitment was not verified first.
