Coats 2008204 Bead Breaker Quick Relief Valve for Coats Tire Changers
This is a high quality replacement bead breaker quick relief valve for select Coats tire changers. The valve is located at the air inlet port of the bead breaker cylinder and allows the air cylinder to energize and release pressure as the cylinder moves in and out during operation.
Over time, the internal plunger inside these valves breaks down and crumbles, causing a large air leak at the valve. In other cases, the cylinder will bind and fail to operate properly. Replacing this valve restores proper bead breaker function. These valves have 1/4 pipe thread ends and are designed as a direct-fit replacement that meets or exceeds OEM requirements.
