Rotary Air Lock Release Valve – Replaces T140073 / T100045 (ROY0073)
If the safety locks on your Rotary 4-post, inground, or larger 2-post lift are not releasing properly, the air lock release valve is a common point of failure. Before ordering, verify the port count on your existing valve, confirm your bracket style (typically a black 90-degree angle bracket mounted near the power unit), and trace the air lines that operate the locks. This aluminum replacement valve is marked to assist with plumbing and covers a wide range of Rotary lift capacities from 9,000 lb to 30,000 lb+. Note that some ports on this replacement valve may not be used, as the original valve on some lifts had fewer ports.
