Forward Lift 120K06 Overhead Beam Chain Roller Bearing Kit for 4-Post Lifts
This heavy-duty chain roller bearing kit (Forward part number 120K06) is designed for the overhead or top beam of Forward 4-post lifts, where the lifting chain rides over the roller during operation. Worn or failed rollers are a common cause of chain noise, uneven lifting, accelerated chain wear, and premature pin damage. This kit uses sealed roller bearings for maximum durability and is maintenance-free, replacing both original brass-bushing and roller-bearing style rollers. The roller measures 4″ OD and fits both 3/4″ and 1.25″ pin hole sizes — adapters are included to reduce a 1.25″ pin hole down to 3/4″, so one kit covers both bore styles. On 12k-capacity Forward lifts, there are 3 of these rollers in the overhead beam. On 18k-capacity and larger lifts, there are 6 rollers.

Fitment and Ordering Notes
Before ordering, verify the pin hole size in your overhead beam — Forward 4-post lifts were produced with either 3/4″ or 1-1/4″ pin holes. This kit includes reducer bushings to adapt the 1.25″ bore down to 3/4″, so if your overhead already has 3/4″ holes the adapters simply will not be needed. For lifts rated 18k through 60k capacity, the pin dimensions may vary by production run — confirm the pin diameter and length before ordering to ensure correct fitment.
