Challenger 11019 Holmac Cylinder Seal Kit for 2-Post Lift Hydraulic Ram Rebuild
This seal kit is designed for older Challenger 2-post lifts equipped with Holmac-brand stick-style hydraulic cylinders. When the cylinder develops leaks at the rod seal or starts bypassing fluid internally, a seal kit rebuild restores proper function. Verify cylinder brand before ordering – these lifts were produced with two different cylinder brands and the seal kits are not interchangeable.

Fitment & Ordering Notes
Holmac cylinders can be identified by: (1) an allen-style bleeder bolt on top of the cylinder, not a hex-bolt bleeder; (2) an “H” or “HC” marking usually surrounded by a tear-drop shape; (3) a spiral retaining ring on the inside of the cylinder barrel at the top; (4) a stamp reading 501-01-1140 or similar.
