This is a cross rail chain roller kit for Many Challenger 4 post lifts with lifting chains & 12-15k lb lifting capacity . This roller goes in the crossbeam of the lift (metal beam at front and rear that the runways sit on and chains run through) and can also be used on overhead beam on some models. It measures 2.75″ outside diameter and 3/4″ inside diameter / pin hole. It replaces 2-3/8 roller and is an upgrade for rollers with bronze center bearing as it has sealed roller bearings and is maintenance free.This is a heavy-duty roller that we use in all our customers lifts. On 12k & 18K lb capacity lifts there are 4 of these rollers in each corner of the lift cross rail and possibly 2 more on overhead beam. Typically when these go bad it cause the lift to hop when raising and lowering and the bushing get wore out and cause other problems such as pin damage and chains snapping. Make sure you check all rollers if one has failed.
