Challenger Lift 4 Post Chain Roller Bearing for Cross Beam – Model 24012
This kit provides one replacement cross-rail chain roller bearing for Challenger 4-post lifts. The roller sits in the crossbeam of the lift (the metal beam at the front and rear that the runways rest on and chains run through) and can also be used on the overhead beam on some models. Failed rollers typically cause the lift to hop or vibrate during raising and lowering, and worn bronze bushings can lead to pin damage or chain failure. Inspect all rollers when one is found to be bad. This roller replaces the 2-3/8 roller and is an upgrade with sealed roller bearings. Kit includes one heavy-duty cross-rail roller and one replacement bolt and lock nut.
