Rotary Lift FC542-12TH Seal Kit for 4-Post 12,000 lb Lifts with Texas Hydraulics Cylinders
If your Rotary 4-post cable lift is showing oil leaks at the cylinder, this is the seal kit to rebuild the hydraulic cylinder and stop the leak. This kit rebuilds ONE Texas Hydraulics cylinder — if your lift has more than one leaking cylinder you will need one kit per cylinder. To identify a Texas Hydraulics cylinder, look at the stampings on the outside of the barrel: the cylinder must show either “FC542” or “FC5342” stamped on the barrel, AND a series number starting with T or containing TXT (for example: T####### or ###TXT###). If both stampings are present, this kit fits your cylinder. Installation typically takes less than an hour using a vise, pipe wrench, and basic hand tools.

Fitment & Ordering Notes
- If the word “Pacoma” or the phrase “Made in Germany” appears anywhere on your cylinder barrel, this kit will NOT fit — a different seal kit is required for those cylinders.
- If the FC number stamped on your cylinder differs from FC542 or FC5342, this kit will NOT fit your lift.
- Do not open the bag until your cylinder is fully torn down and you have matched the old seals to the new seals inside the bag by comparing inside and outside diameter. If you are unsure of fitment, call us at 866-902-6060 before opening.
- Return policy: Seal kits are returnable only in the original sealed, unopened bag. We cannot accept returns on opened or used seal bags.
