Challenger Lift 11038 Lantex Cylinder Seal Kit – 2.5 in. Bore Hydraulic Ram Rebuild
This seal kit rebuilds the Lantex-brand hydraulic cylinder used in older Challenger 2-post chain-over lifts. Rebuilding the cylinder restores hydraulic integrity when the cylinder develops a leak at the rod seal or gland area. Before ordering, identify your cylinder brand by its physical characteristics (see below) – Challenger lifts in these model ranges were shipped with up to five different cylinder brands. This kit rebuilds one cylinder; order two kits if rebuilding both cylinders.

Fitment & Ordering Notes
These Challenger lift models may have been fitted with one of five different cylinder brands. Verify you have a Lantex cylinder by confirming: (1) the gland screws on, (2) a small breather port is present a few inches below the gland, (3) the cylinder bottom has NPT pipe thread or 9/16 in. SAE thread, (4) bore is 2.5 in. ID, and (5) stroke is 36.5 in. If you are unsure, call 866-902-6060 before ordering.
