Coats 82009091 Bead Breaking Cylinder Seal Kit for 9024E / 9010E Tire Changer
This is an air cylinder rebuild kit for the bead breaking cylinder on Coats 9024E and 9010E tire changer machines. The bead breaking cylinder is the large air cylinder that pulls the bead breaking arm inward and pushes tires off their beads. These cylinders commonly become slow or stop functioning when the internal O-rings and seals deteriorate – symptoms include a sluggish or non-moving bead breaker arm and air leaks at the cylinder shaft. This kit rebuilds the bead breaker cylinder. Coats part number 82009091 (also referenced as 2009091).
