Description
Ben Pearson 91586 Pacoma Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit for 2-Post Lifts
Hydraulic cylinder seal failure causes leaks and slow or uneven lift operation. This kit rebuilds ONE Pacoma hydraulic cylinder found in Ben Pearson 2-post lifts and meets or exceeds original factory specifications. Before ordering, verify your cylinder is a Pacoma unit using the identification guide below.
How to Identify a Pacoma Cylinder
This kit is only compatible with Pacoma cylinders. Confirm all of the following before purchasing:
- Bleeder screw type: The cylinder must have a HEX STYLE bleeder screw at the top. This kit does NOT fit cylinders with a slotted or non-hex bleeder screw.
- Stamping: The cylinder body is typically stamped with the word PACOMA and the number 91586 or 95128.
- Piston seal appearance: Pacoma cylinders use a distinctive blue ribbed 2-piece piston seal with a black inner seal that seats inside the blue outer seal. Note: seals that have been submerged in hydraulic fluid for an extended period may appear discolored.
- Cylinder height: Approximately 72 inches tall.
If your cylinder does not match all of the above characteristics, this kit will not work. Call the help line at (866) 902-6060 for assistance selecting the correct seal kit.

Fitment and Ordering Notes

- Match piston seal dimensions before installation: remove old seals and hold them against the new seals through the sealed bag to compare inner and outer diameter.
- Do not open the sealed bag until your cylinder is fully disassembled and you have confirmed the seals are the correct size.
- If you are unsure about fitment, call (866) 902-6060 before opening the bag. Opened or used seals cannot be returned.
Additional Product Information
- Installation time: Typically less than 1 hour using a vise, pipe wrench, and basic hand tools.
- Return policy: Seal kits are shipped in a sealed clear bag. Do not open the bag until fitment is confirmed. Returns are not accepted on opened or used seal kits.
