Bendpak 5595204 Wire Rope Equalization Cable for XL-7C, XL-7AC, XL-9C, XL-9AC 2-Post Lifts
The equalization cable is the wire rope assembly that keeps both sides of a 2-post lift rising and lowering in sync. Over time these cables stretch, fray at the swaged ends, or suffer wear at the pulleys. Inspect the full cable length for broken strands or kinking, and check both threaded end fittings for corrosion or deformation before assuming only one cable needs replacement. It is strongly recommended to replace both cables as a set.

Fitment and Ordering Notes
- CRITICAL – Column height on XL models: The XL-7C, XL-7AC, XL-9C, and XL-9AC were produced in multiple column heights. This cable is correct for lifts with a 144″ column height. Measure your column before ordering.
- PR-series models (PR7CX, PR7ACX, PR9CX, PR9ACX) use a shorter cable for the 137″ column cut-down low-clearance configuration and are also covered by part number 5595204.
- If unsure of your column height or threaded end size, locate the model and serial number on the ID tag affixed to the lift column (not the motor) before calling for assistance.
