The GB879-86 is a roll pin (5mm x 30mm) used on the Direct Lift PRO-9 and PRO-9F 9,000 lb 2-post lifts, called out in Fig. 14 of the parts breakdown. Per the catalog it replaces the older GB879-86FWD part number.

Roll pins retain pivoting and locking components in position. A worn or missing pin should be replaced promptly to keep the assembly it retains functioning as designed.
