The Direct Lift PMR-6012 is the safety latch for the Direct Lift 6K Mid-Rise lift, shown in the 2005 Parts Breakdown (Figure 5-1, Sheets 1 and 2 of 3 and the full exploded view).

The safety latch is the mechanical load-holding lock that engages as the lift rises, holding the platform securely at height. This version has a 3/4 inch diameter shaft hole. Important: if the hole on your existing latch is smaller than 3/4 inch, order part PRM-6400LK instead.
