The Direct Lift PMR-6015 is a replacement cable pulley for the Direct Lift 6K Mid-Rise lift, shown in the 2005 Parts Breakdown (Figure 5-1, Sheets 1 and 2 of 3 and the full exploded parts view).

The pulley routes the lift’s cable through the mechanism, keeping the lock release / equalization cable tracking correctly as the lift cycles. A grooved, cracked, or seized pulley causes cable wear and should be replaced along with any frayed cable.
