Rotary FJ7444-8 Upper Sheave Shaft – Replacement Pulley Pin for Rotary 2 Post Car Lifts
The upper sheave shaft (also called the upper pulley pin) is a critical wear component on Rotary 2 post car lifts. It mounts at the top of the lift post inside the overhead assembly and serves as the axle that both equalization cable pulleys ride on. Over time this pin can wear out of round, corrode, seize in place, or bend under load, causing uneven cable wear, noisy pulley operation, or complete failure of the overhead sheave assembly. Before ordering, confirm the shaft diameter (0.75 in.) and length (6 in.) match your current pin, and verify whether your overhead uses the upper or lower sheave position. This listing is for the upper sheave shaft only – pulleys are not included.
