This is the medium-height extension adapter in the three-piece set for these lifts. Extension adapters insert into the swing arm lift pads to raise pad height so the pads can reach the frame pickup points on trucks, vans and SUVs. The 3.5″ adapter sits between the 1.75″ (1070922) and 5″ (1070924) versions.
