This 3/8″ Klip-Ring style retaining ring (Truarc 5304-0037 equivalent) snaps onto a 3/8″ shaft or pin to retain rotating and sliding components in the Figure 17 assembly area. Retaining rings should always be replaced rather than reused once removed, as spreading them weakens their grip.
