Hunter 20-2684-3 Leverless Insert Set (10 pcs) for Hunter TCX Tire Changers – TCX575, TCX535EL, TCX550
This is a set of 10 rectangular nylon inserts and 2 mounting screws designed for the leverless mount/demount head on Hunter TCX-series tire changers. The rectangular inserts bolt onto the right (front) side of the leverless head and wrap underneath to create a protective barrier between the mounting tool and the wheel rim, preventing scratches and damage during tire mounting and demounting. Replace these inserts when they become worn, cracked, or compressed to maintain wheel protection – especially critical in shops handling high-dollar alloy wheels, low-profile tires, or run-flat tires. Fitment & Ordering Notes
These rectangular inserts fit the right (front) side of the Hunter leverless head for V1 and V2 head versions only. V3 heads use a different gray rectangular insert and are not covered by this listing. Hunter TCX models also use triangular rear inserts (Hunter 20-2685-3 / AE20-2685-3), which are sold separately. Confirm your machine model and head generation before purchasing. If your TCX model year is 2016 or later, verify the head version stamped on the mount head assembly.
