The bead breaker pad is a wear item that mounts on the side of Coats RC series tire changers at the point where the wheel edge contacts the machine during bead breaking. Worn or missing pads can cause costly rim damage. This is a durable plastic (nylon) rectangle pad with 2 bolt holes that secure it to the side of the machine. Each machine requires 2 pads; this listing is for 1 pad.
