Description
Rotary FJ783-12MF Pacoma Cylinder Seal Kit for 2-Post Lifts (7,000-9,000 lb)
Hydraulic cylinder seals wear over time, causing fluid leaks, slow lift movement, and eventually lift failure. This rebuild kit restores leak-free performance to the Pacoma hydraulic cylinder used in Rotary 2-post lifts. The kit rebuilds ONE cylinder; if both cylinders in your lift require rebuilding, you will need two kits.
How to Identify a Pacoma Cylinder
Before ordering, confirm your cylinder is a Pacoma unit using the following steps:
- The cylinder should be approximately 72 inches tall with a small bleeder screw at the top.
- Look 6 inches below the bleeder screw for ID stampings. The cylinder must be stamped FJ7664, FJ7311, FJ7211, or FJ783.
- The cylinder must also read "Pacoma" or "Made in Germany".
- If the cylinder is already disassembled, compare the piston seal: Pacoma cylinders have a distinctive blue double-lipped seal on the piston.
- This kit does NOT fit cylinders stamped "TH" or "TX". Those cylinders require a different seal kit.
