Rotary Lift 4-Post Cylinder Seal Kit FC542-12MF – Pacoma FC542 / FC5342
This cylinder rebuild kit fits many Rotary brand 4-post lifts rated for 12,000 lb capacity. It rebuilds the FC542 or FC5342 cylinder manufactured by Pacoma (also labeled Massey Ferguson) for Rotary lifts. The kit includes all seals, wear bands, and felt buffer rings for a complete rebuild. To confirm you have a Pacoma cylinder, the stamp on the body or barrel near the clevis end should read “FC5342” or “FC542” followed by “PACOMA” or “Made in Germany”. Pacoma cylinders also feature a distinctive RED double-lipped seal on the piston. The fully retracted cylinder measures 74-5/16 in. from the center of the clevis pin hole to the end of the chrome shaft. One kit rebuilds ONE cylinder.

Do NOT use this kit if the cylinder stamp shows “FC-5797” or letters “TH” or “TX” – those are Texas Hydraulics cylinders requiring a different kit. Verify the cylinder reads “Pacoma” or “Made in Germany” before ordering. Do not open the bag until you have the cylinder disassembled and can compare new seals side by side with old seals to confirm sizing.
