Forward Lift 991620 Crossrail Chain Roller Bearing Kit for 4-Post 12,000 lb Lifts
This is a replacement crossrail chain roller bearing kit for all Forward 4-post lifts with lifting chains and a 12,000 lb capacity. The roller goes in the crossbeam of the lift — the front and rear metal beam that the runways sit on and through which the lifting chains run. Worn or failed rollers commonly cause the lift to hop during raising and lowering, and allow the bushing to wear out, which can lead to pin damage and chain failure. This kit is an upgrade from the original brass-bearing roller: it uses sealed roller bearings and is completely maintenance-free. This is a heavy-duty roller used in our customers’ lifts daily. On 12k lb capacity lifts there are 4 rollers in each corner of the crossrail (4 per crossrail location). Kit includes 1 heavy-duty crossrail roller and 1 replacement pin. Note: pin length varies depending on which side of the lift the roller is being replaced on (short pin approximately 3″ or long pin approximately 3.5″); our customer service team may contact you to determine the correct pin length before shipping.

Pin length varies based on which side of the lift the roller is being replaced on. A short pin (approximately 3″) and a long pin (approximately 3.5″) are used in different positions.
