4-Post Auto Lift Cross-Rail Chain Roller Bearing – 2-3/4″ OD x 3/4″ ID
This is a replacement cross-rail chain roller bearing kit for 4-post auto lifts with lifting chains rated at 12,000-15,000 lb capacity. The roller installs in the crossbeam of the lift – the metal beam at the front and rear of the lift that the runways sit on and the lift chains run through. It can also be used on the overhead beam on select models. When these rollers wear out, the lift will hop when raising or lowering, the bushing wears out, and the pin and chains can be damaged or snap entirely. Inspect all rollers whenever one has failed. This roller features sealed roller bearings, making it a maintenance-free upgrade over original bronze bushing-style rollers. Heavy-duty construction designed for long service life. Kit includes 1 heavy-duty cross-rail roller and 1 replacement bolt and lock nut. On 12k and 15k lb capacity lifts there are 4 of these rollers in each corner of the crossrail and possibly 2 more on the overhead beam.
