This Cylinder Rebuild Kit fits Forward Brand 2 Post with a Prince brand Cylinder . Found in 2 post forward 7-9k capacity lift made from the late 80s to the early 2000 with chain over style cylinder ( 4 ft cylinder with a chain that rides over the top of the cylinder)

Found in Forward Lift with OEM Cylinder: 7500, 7000b, 8000a, 9000b, 92AR

HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR CYLINDER IS A PRINCE

 If it reads “Prince” or “AN” followed by numbers this is the proper seal kit for your lift.. The gland on a prince cylinder has 2 holes on the face of it for a spanner wrench. It protrudes about an 1/8″ out of the barrel of the cylinder and is flush / even with the barrel outside diameter. If you have your cylinder apart already, compare your piston seal with the one pictured to the left. Prince cylinders have distinctive black, middle humped seal on the piston. Typically this cylinder has a welded Y shaped yoke on the end of the cylinder shaft that is not removable. Our seal kits come in a sealed clear bag. Warning! Do not open bag until your verify you have the right seal kit once your cylinder is torn down. Simply remove your old seals from your cylinder and match them up by holding them next to new seals in bag.  If they appear similar inside and outside diameter then you have the correct seals. If your not sure please call us before opening the bag. We will not except returns from open /used seals because you didn’t verify fitment first.
