Duro / Tuxedo TP9-1026 Replacement Cylinder Pipe with Check Valve
If your 2-post lift is failing to hold position, creeping down under load, or showing signs of contaminated hydraulic fluid bypassing the cylinder, the cylinder pipe check valve is a common culprit. On Duro and Tuxedo chainover-style cylinders, this straight pipe screws into the bottom of the cylinder and contains a built-in check valve that prevents hydraulic fluid from flowing back out of the cylinder when the lift is raised. When the check valve fails, the cylinder loses pressure and the lift may settle unevenly or drop. Before ordering, confirm your cylinder uses the straight pipe style – this part does NOT include the 90-degree elbow fitting. The customer must reuse the existing 90-degree fitting from the old pipe.
