Description

This is an aftermarket replacement lock reset cam for all Forward 4 post lifts with lifting chains and a capacity of 12000lbs. On 12k lb capacity lifts the LOCK RELEASE CAM sits on top of the overhead rail to hold the lock open when lowering lift

This cam is found on Forward lift model 12000 12000lr 12000lrm 12000ewt 12000LA 12000lf 12000sa 12000sf & more
