Challenger A1072TC Arm Lock Plunger Outer Gear (Cast) for 2-Post Lifts
Replace a worn or damaged arm restraint plunger outer gear to restore proper arm lock function on your Challenger 2-post lift. This cast outer gear engages the arm lock system when the lift’s arm contacts the restraint mechanism. The A1072TC is the upgraded tapered-tooth version; when upgrading from the older straight-tooth style, the inner moon gear (A1070TC, sold separately) must also be replaced so the gears mesh properly.

If replacing older straight-tooth gears, you must also replace the inner moon gear (A1072TC pairs with inner moon gear A1070TC, sold separately) – new-style tapered gears do not mesh with old-style straight gears.
