This is a cross rail chain roller for Duro / TUXEDO 4 Post lifts with lifting chains & 14K lb lifting capacity . This roller goes in the crossbeam of the lift (metal beam at front and rear that the runways sit on and chains run through) and can also be used on overhead beam on some models. On 14K lb capacity lifts there are 7 of these rollers. 1 in each corner of the lift cross rail and possibly 3 more on overhead beam.
Typically when these go bad it causes the lift to hop when raising and lowering and the bushing get wore out and cause other problems such as pin damage and chains snapping. Make sure you check all rollers if one has failed.
