Chain Roller Bearing Kit fits Forward Lift 120K06 Overhead Beam Top Rail 4"

Description

This is an upper chain roller kit for many Forward 4 post lifts with lifting chains. This roller goes in the overhead or top beam of the lift where the cylinder rides. It measures 4″ in diameter and will work for 3/4 and 1.25″ pin sizes it replaces rollers with brass center bearing or roller bearing style. This is a heavy-duty roller that we use in all our customers lifts. On 12k lifts there are three of these rollers. On 18K and up lifts there are six of these rollers.

This roller is found on Forward lift model 12000, 12000lr, 12000lrm, 12000ewt, 12000LA, 18000.

Note: Forward chain lifts came with two different inside diameters 3/4″ and 1 1/4. This kit fits both style inner diameter rollers. In this kit is adapters to reduce the 1.25″ pin down to 3/4 ” size. If your lift has 3/4 ” holes in overhead already the adapters will not be needed.

Note: These rollers will fit 18-60k capacity lifts but the pin may change in some applications so verify dimensions of pin
