4"x1" Roller and Pin Kit for Chain-Over Style 2-Post Lift Cylinders
This replacement roller and pin kit is designed for chain-over style hydraulic cylinders found on many brands of 2-post above-ground automotive lifts. In a chain-over cylinder design, the hydraulic piston does not directly push the lift arms; instead, a roller mounted at the top of the piston rides against a chain, using mechanical advantage to extend the lifting range from a shorter cylinder stroke. Over time, the roller and its retaining pin are subject to wear from constant chain contact and hydraulic pressure, making this kit an essential service item when the cylinder develops slop, noise, or uneven lift travel.
