Description
This is the Long Over Head lifting chain for Forward 2 post lift Models 12000 2P, 12000TP with chains attached to the top of the cylinder and to the inside of the Lifting carriage. This chain attaches to the top of the hydraulic cylinder – runs up over the roller on top of the power side column – across the overhead structure- then back down and attaches inside of the offside lifting carriage. These chains can wear out. The pins that hold each link together can spin and links can break, also when a roller fails it can break or wear out the chain’s links.
When replacing your chain always replace the entire chain from end to end and always inspect your rollers that the chain rides on to ensure they are rolling freely and are not warn out in the center.
This chain is found on Forward hoist models 12000 2P, 12000TP
(NOTE: the chain is 10 links thick and measure 3/4″ from pin to pin – PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE ORDERING.

Note: Forward 2 Post chain lifts have various configurations. This chain attaches to the top of the cylinder runs up over roller on top of Power side column – crosses over the overhead structure – then back down and attaches inside the Offside lifting carriage.
