Combo tool protectors (booties) are nylon/poly covers that fit over both sides of the combination mount/demount tool where it contacts the wheel. They prevent gouging and scratching of alloy wheels by keeping the metal tool body from making direct contact with the rim. Replace when cracked or missing to protect wheels during tire service.
