This is a electric motor forward reverse switch for many accuturn tire changers. It is 40 Amp single phase switch. it replaces both white colored switches and yellow switches that are commonly found in these machines. Many times this switch will fail and cause slow turning motor problems or stop the motor from spinning completely in one direction or another. This switch failing will also cause intermitient motor failure. See below for all manufacturers and models this fits.
