Car Lift Power Unit Overhead Limit Switch – Stop Micro Switch for Rotary, SPX, and More
This is a heavy-duty electrical micro switch for automotive lift power units serving as the overhead limit / stop switch. When the limit bar or cable rises to the preset height, this switch cuts power to the hydraulic motor – preventing the vehicle from contacting the overhead beam. It is wired to the limit switch bar or trip wire cable and must be mounted on the power unit motor. Replace when the lift fails to stop at the set height or the switch shows visible damage or fails continuity testing.
