BendPak 5575310 Replacement Cable Sheave Pulley for 2-Post Automotive Lifts
The cable sheave (pulley) is a critical wear component in 2-post automotive hoists. These pulleys guide the equalizer cables that synchronize the rise and fall of both lift arms, keeping your vehicle level throughout the lifting cycle. Most BendPak 2-post lifts use 6 of these sheaves – located in both the upper crossbeam and lower columns. Over time, sheave grooves wear smooth, bearings seize, or the cable begins to fray where it contacts a failing pulley. Signs of wear include uneven arm movement, cable fraying, visible groove damage, or a grinding noise during operation. Before ordering, measure the outer diameter of the existing sheave and the pin that passes through the center bore to confirm this is the correct replacement for your lift.
